CityPark Tirana - The Largest Shopping Center in Albania

When complete, CityPark Tirana will be the largest shopping center in Tirana and in Albania.
CityPark Tirana, AM Group’s 40,000 m² GLA shopping center, is due to be completed early 2009, and will host approximately 150 retail units, supermarkets, food courts and leisure facilities. It will also offer more than 3000 parking spaces.
CityPark Tirana is located on the Tirana- Durres National Road, 15km from Tirana, 25 km from Durres and 5 km from Tirana National Airport. It covers a catchment area of 1,350,000 consumers in a 25 km radius.
Colliers International will also provide management services for CityPark Tirana.
